Mcalister's Deli - Charlotte

I ordered the harvest chicken salad sandwich along with a tomato and cucumber salad. I usually enjoy this meal at the S. Tryon location, but this experience was quite disappointing. The sandwich had barely a teaspoon of chicken salad spread on the bread, and the salad was served without any Italian dressing. Overall, it was very unsatisfactory. I won't be going back to this place and will stick to the restaurant I know for my next visit.

I waited 15 minutes for a turkey sandwich, while five other orders were served before mine. The staff were joking around and laughing about how the fastest sandwich to make still hadn't been served. I won't be returning to this location.

Many restaurants these days are seeking staff and can be inconsistent, but this McAlister's really stands out! I visited towards the end of the lunch rush. Although they were experiencing a technical issue with their point-of-sale system, the staff was incredibly friendly, and my food was served surprisingly quickly. The ingredients were fresh, and the quality was consistent—something I genuinely appreciated!

In the last month this location has messed up 3 orders, however today was my last time ordering from them. I called and the Manager didn?t care at all he was just rushing me off the phone and told me to call Grubhub well sir this wasn?t there fault whoever bagged my food didn?t put the correct item in the bag and now I?m stuck with a soup I don?t eat and no condiments nor utensils for my Spud which thankfully was correct. I ordered a potato soup and received a broccoli soup and it doesn?t even have my name on it.

At 6:30pm online order for a Salad and spud was no ready 45 min after being placed. Only 1 table in restaurant and 1 other online order pending. There was a cashier and 2 kitchen staff. No attempt made for presentation of the food. Just dumped ing the to go container.
