Mcdonald's - Charlotte

This McDonalds really needs to get organized, every-time I come and order online-to pickup drive through they always tell me to come in , and its a 30 mins plus wait , it’s horrible! No fast food

No ice bags, no ice cream cake, sloppy food, cold sausage burritos for breakfast. Egg shells in eggs. This McDonald's used to be good. No one cares at this one...

Another obligatory complaint because the ice cream machine is not working. At this specific location, it seems to be available about 1 day a week. Is it broken, do they just not like to use/clean it?? We may never know. It's a well known universal joke at this point about McDonalds ice cream machines, but really? An organization this size can't source a working/manageable ice cream machine??? It's just mind boggling. Hey McDonald's, how about just taking all the ice cream OFF THE MENU! Save us all a lot of trouble and aggravation.

I have waited 10 minutes for chocolate sundae. It was full but it was all sticky and almost without a chocolate. They forgot to give me napkins also.

This is the worst ? place to eat. They are rude!!! An never make the order. An yes they are quick in the line so quick they never get the order right. I work right by here. I go every day An don't even think about any Condiments. It kills them to give you a straw, ketch, up or napkins. An depending on the person in the window they are very rude. I've had out of 10 visits last month 7 were very bad An had to walk in. The manager ? no help. I wish there was a closer Mcdonald's !!!!
