Mezeh Mediterranean Grill (strawberry Hill)

On September 2, 2021, I visited this restaurant for lunch and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was absolutely delicious. I chose a bowl that included basmati rice, chicken kabob, spicy hummus, yogurt dip, olives, and a mix of tomatoes and olive salad, along with pickled onions. Everything was incredibly fresh, and there was quite a generous portion! I also ordered a drink, and my total came to $13.80.

I really enjoy this restaurant when I'm in the mood for a healthy fast-casual meal. As you can see, I typically load up my bowl because I love the variety of toppings! I'm a big fan of the chicken shawarma and falafel here, along with the beet dip and spicy feta. They offer a lot of options! Their drinks are also quite delicious. My only complaint is that there have been a few occasions when I've come in and, despite being one of the only customers in line, it still took about 30 minutes to receive my food because there were only two workers. Fortunately, tonight was different, and I got my food quickly since I was really hungry and almost decided not to come back due to my previous experience with the long wait. Overall, it’s definitely worth a try, and the outdoor seating area is nice as well!

I visited the restaurant after the lunch rush and was the only customer there, which was incredibly exciting for me as a germaphobe. To make things even better, the food looked fresh and not like it had been picked over—it seemed as if they were preparing for the dinner crowd. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the variety at the food bar was impressive. Everything was delicious!

Came here for the first time tonight and the place was very clean and staff was super friendly! The food was extremely flavorful and fresh even coming in so close to closing time. My only complaint is the brown rice was pretty much raw. It was very hard and got stuck in my teeth. I guess that?s to be expected coming in so late but other than that I had a great experience and will be coming back!

So we use to go here often and the food had always been Great. It's been a few months, we went today and were really surprised, the ingredients for the bowls had little to no seasoning, the Hummus sauces were under seasoned as well. There was only one drink offered normally there are about 4. Also when we got home we noticed our bread was missing, I called and was told that the oven was down. When my husband witnessed them giving bread to other customers, we were not told prior to ordering. As a Chef we are always looking for great eats and this use to be one of my favorite places. Not anymore, really disappointed.
