Mod Pizza - Charlotte

The pizza had a thick layer of black residue on the bottom, suggesting that the oven hasn’t been cleaned properly. The young woman preparing our food seemed inexperienced and mistakenly completed our transaction without changing out of the gloves she had just used to handle our meal. As a result, she handed me money that was covered in food grease. Additionally, the store itself was not very clean; there was dust on the signage at eye level, which should definitely be addressed.

This restaurant is my top choice for pizza. The staff is consistently friendly and always gets my order right. I no longer have to worry about pizza deliveries; I know it will be worth it. The prices are also excellent for the quality of food you receive. I want to give a special shout-out to Freedom (what a cool name!)—he's always enthusiastic and remembers my name. Overall, it's a fantastic place with delicious food and wonderful people. You really can't go wrong here.

The $9 salad felt a bit pricey, but the pizza was tasty, although slightly overcooked. Overall, I still enjoyed my meal. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and confused, but they consistently checked in on us, even if it made things a bit hectic in the kitchen.

Whole family including the young kiddos love mods, always a go to for pizza night. Although this location is hit or miss with service, they are polite and respectful but when it comes to a welcoming/upbeat atmosphere, it varies. We bring new guests with us many times on visits and find that when ordering or asking questions the answers and, help that we get is very vague and honestly a little awkward. Outside of that we love it!

Introduced to this place by my uncle who has celiac like I do. Wow such a Great pizza place!! 2 different options for the crust as well- gluten free and cauliflower! And as a bonus they actually charge LESS for those crust options instead of more like everywhere else! Can add as many topping options as you like too. Brick oven cooked which gives a Great taste. Will def look for these MOD places where I live!Dietary restrictions: 2 gluten free options!!
