Panera Bread - Charlotte

What a delightful experience! Our server, Chris (although his name tag said Christopher), really made our visit memorable. My friend is from Colombia, and I’m from Utah, so this was our first time in North Carolina. Chris provided friendly and engaging customer service, going above and beyond to make a great impression on us. We ordered a Frozen Caramel and a Frozen Chocolate, along with some cookies and baked goods, all of which were simply delicious. I highly recommend this place! Thank you, Chris!

The worker avoids me when I went up to ask when they open, on Google says at 5:30.

We traveled to the far end of the airport to visit Panera Bread, arriving at 7:30, only to find it closed. The sign stated they close at 8:00. A staff member came out and informed us they had closed early because someone wanted to leave ahead of time, but when we asked for her name, she refused to provide it. It seems that having unhelpful employees is preferable to having no staff at all!

I come here weekly to get my Baker's dozen of bagels. First of all, it's a great deal! Secondly, it's a great place for a quick business luncheon! The pick two is my all time favorite because I can get my half sandwich and my soup or salad depending on my mood. Parking can get a little tight now that everything is opened back up but that goes to show how many other people love this Panera location. The team has always been really friendly and helpful and even if there was a mistake on an order they are happy and quick to fix the issue!

This Panera closes at 5 pm. The workers start to turn off the lights and close off the entrance for new orders at 4:40 pm they kept saying that they want to go home. Not exactly professional but I understood. Drinks I ordered (not recommended : a frozen caramel cold brew (they only filled it half way and topped the rest of the drink off with whipped cream I do not recommend this drink. a hot caramel latte for my partner they also do not recommend this drink. Food ordered (recommended! : you pick 2: half a tuna sandwich half a Greek salad they loaded them up and were great. full size roasted turkey avocado BLT this was for my partner and they thought it was delicious. I also ordered a candy cookie which they forgot to include. Luckily I wasn?t far away when I noticed and even though they had already closed one of the workers gave me my cookie. Other peculiar things about my visit it wasn?t very easy to get a straw for my drink. One of the workers seemed over it and just wanted to go home instead of restocking the straws and had me ?double check? that there weren?t any. A lady asked me to buy her some bananas even though they were closed (I already had my order but was trying to get a straw at this point . We were able to get her bananas but it was uncomfortable because the workers kept saying that they just wanted to go home.
