P.f. Chang's - Charlotte

The service was good, but the food was lacking. The wait time was disappointing, and they were out of several menu items, which left many customers quite frustrated. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I had a truly disappointing experience at P.F. Chang's. The tables were dirty, and two hostesses just stood by while the phone rang incessantly for about ten minutes—this was frustrating. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had at this restaurant. We arrived at 6 PM and didn’t receive our food until 7:34 PM for just two people. There were customers waiting at the door because no one was cleaning tables. Some guests waited over 20 minutes past their reservation time and ended up sitting at a dirty table, forcing a waiter to clean it for them. This used to be a great place, and it’s disappointing to see it decline like this. It’s a shame that the floor manager is letting the owner down by allowing such poor service.

We waited for almost two hours without being seated, and eventually left the restaurant. During that time, we noticed that there were plenty of empty tables while many guests were waiting to be seated. We were informed that the kitchen was having "problems," but it seemed like there were issues throughout the restaurant, including hosts and wait staff dropping glasses. I won't be returning to this restaurant; I've never had a negative experience at a PF Chang's until now.

Everything. 2 workers at the host station, a very curt with the males, a scrolling on his phone. we had a reservation but had to wait 15-20 minutes in a half empty restaurant. look for a family holiday before ordering after no server 20 minutes on their table. I understand that the restaurants are short-circuited, but the workers have just rolled their eyes when the family left. Eating wasn't better, very fat and sparse. I couldn't get out fast enough. will never go back.

Reservation at 7:30 did not get seated until 8:30……crazy
