Portofino's Italian Arboretum

I come here a lot. but my last visit was very disappointing. our server was very rude and ignores any recognition I have made every time they gave us something; I would thank them and they would not even speak and go after they handed over my food. we also waited for approx. 15/20 minutes for our drinks alone, because our server spoke to other workers or I don't know what's going on in the back, but not on our table for a good time. she got our food going wrong first, and didn't apologize, but at that point I just wanted to eat and go because how unhappy I get from our waitress at this point. I wanted to complain to the manager, but it should be. the last thing that was very annoying is the fact that this waitress took 20 minutes for drinks, and let me say that it was not very busy at all. our eating came in the average time that is not the problem if they don't get it, they write our order wrong and once they dropped our eating. we do not see our waitress on good 30-40 minutes and if I ask for the check, she obviously wanted to go very fast. I don't know what the problem was for this waitress and place on that day. but very disappointed about how I was treated with my partner when I just tried to get dinner. everyone has bad days and I understand that especially in restaurant business. but this does not excuse the fact that we are being treated rudely and not to recognize what we are doing or saying.

Excellent on all the flats was eating delicious, the ambiente was nice, the service was not intrusive, but attentive. wonderful, could make this for me and my wife a regular date spot. I liked it so much that I asked my wife (which is an excellent waitress) if she wants to work here, and she said I looked at it, but then I would lose it as a special date place portofino 's is highly recommended as date place. look at this

Excellent! I came here today (eastern) because I saw a picture of calamari salat. I was looking for a good Calamari salad and I'm so glad I found one here today. so delicious, perfect summer salad. I have also appreciated the wonderful service?

Wonderful Italian Restaurant. Great food and friendly service. I eat here a few times a month and they’ve never let me down.Also good food. Pies-pastas-anti pasta
