Sabor Latin Street Grill (uptown)

Not my best mexican food experience. Visiting from out of town and decided to try a new place. This was about 2 star experience. Ordered via doordash and my order was messy. Ordered extra sour cream on my burrito and came with no sour cream. Also ordered churros and they came with no sugar or cinnamon. Just bare. The burrito was average, not the best. The elote was okay. Juicy corn but little topping. Four churros for $6 bucks was a little more expensive that other places Ive been too but they were reasonable in size. Burrito was $12.

Absolutely horrified with how this restaurant does business. I ordered through Uber eats and they go under a different name they go by papa?s arepas. We ordered two arepas and rice and maduros, the maduros and the arepas Rojas were fine the problem started with the classic arepa and the rice. First of all I don?t blame Uber since they take their prices and menus from the restaurant. The classic arepa was horribly made paid extra for steak and chicken and was given only steak and even that steak was barely there. They stuffed it more with onions and jalapeños. The rice was another issue they charged me extra for rice and it was a sauce cup of rice not even an actual cup of rice. That is a huge rip off and completely misleading. I called to the restaurant to try to see what was going on and the man that answered me was rude and off putting and tried to blame Uber for charging me when they set the prices and tell Uber what to put on their app. When I asked the gentleman what he was going to do to make this up since this was horrible he said they couldn?t do anything and I said that?s how you treat customers when they try to get something resolved and he then proceed to hang up on me. Horrible costumer service horrible food and horrible way of handling problems

I keep giving this chain a chance and to be honest it's just not up to par in my book. This specific location was friendly and quick but not the cleanest. Unfortunately the tacos are just bland... The prices are not worth what you get. The margaritas were okay but super sweet I couldn't even finish mine. I do like their salsa bar though and the fact they have real coca cola bottles. This location is in uptown so unless you find street parking or picking up quickly your better off getting here on foot.

Asada fries were amazing. Guy taking the orders was friendly and attentive. Prices feel appropriate. Good Mexican beer selection and the pineapple habanero salsa is just the right amount of heat with sweet. I?ll be back for more!!!

I Ordered online and picked it up. Some annoying woman was standing at the front of the line at the pickup part eating her food and it rambling on, it was a few minutes before the staff let her know someone else was in line because she just wouldn't come up for air. I ordered a Cuban bowl with queso and corn. The food tastes delicious and very flavorful. But I paid for a queso that I wanted that was never put in the bag and that bothered me because I was not driving back to get it. There was also no parking. I would probably try again if I was dining inside but never order pick-up again.
