Showmars - Charlotte

This is the only showmars location in the area with the southern fried chicken sandwich, brings me back to the mall again and again. best chicken sandwich i've had in a while

Food was hot and fresh the fish sandwich was really great. The fried chicken sandwich was a bit bland. $18 for the southern fried chicken sandwich combo (which is just chicken tenders), and the world famous fish sandwich seemed a bit steep. Cashiers were nice, welcoming, friendly.

Out of town from Georgia and decided to go here for the flounder sandwich which was delicious! The pitas are below average, the meat was dry and they put a couple slices of tomatoes and barely any onions.

Ordered online, my father went to pick it up while he was out. They didn't give him my large tea nor did i get my side of onion rings. Really disappointed because this location is normally always on point. Definitely will start visiting other locations even though they are further away.

Thanks to their hard work, I received my food exactly as I requested and in a timely manner. The employees went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. They were not only apologetic but also incredibly sweet throughout the process. I want to extend my gratitude for their outstanding customer service and the delicious meals that are reasonably priced. Keep up the great work!
