My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary, and every year we enjoy pancakes and breakfast to mark the occasion. Since we are new to the area, I was really disappointed to discover that the restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast items for dinner. Luckily, we asked our server about it, and he was kind enough to talk to the manager. Everyone was so gracious and allowed us to enjoy pancakes and waffles for dinner! The service was outstanding, and our server was hilarious! Next time, we'll make sure to visit during breakfast hours. Thank you for making our anniversary special!

This restaurant is located on a hill. Unfortunately, my last two visits were marked by poor service. During a family breakfast for four, our waitress was virtually absent until she finally refilled our drinks and brought us the checks. My most recent visit was even worse. My friend and I went for breakfast, and our server was not only rude but also seemed rushed. I asked if fried medium eggs would be cooked casually, and he assured me they would be, but when they arrived, they were completely overcooked. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they were freshly made, but when the new eggs came, he made an unnecessary comment: “You asked for poached medium; you should have asked for poached light.” He then proceeded to lean his arms on the hostess stand and chat with the hostess, who ignored us entirely. I had to ask another server for syrup for our pancakes. When I attempted to leave him a tip, he rudely suggested I should just leave it on the table. To top it off, he never brought me the coffee he had offered. Overall, it was too expensive for such terrible service!

On a cloudy day, I found myself enjoying a delightful meal at this restaurant. The service was excellent—our waiter was attentive and made wonderful recommendations. Everything I tried was impressive. The house-made sausage was fantastic, and the fried chicken was really tasty. I also highly recommend the house juices. The pancakes were perfectly fluffy, and the omelet was spot on. I dined with four others, so I had the chance to sample a bit of everything. You really can’t go wrong here. The cheese was good, but not exceptional.

I don't usually write comments for the evaluation, but I have to. I was recommended to this place by a family member. The food was great, but the services were terrible. The server keeps forgetting utensils, replacement for order and etc. It wasn't a big deal because I'm flexible. However, I checked the Sunday menu on 4/7/2019 at 1:00 and noticed that the menu mentions a loyalty program and you get a dessert for your birthday month. Not the exact date, but the birthday month. I ask the server if I register today I would be able to get Dessert's birthday The server forgot during the dinning. So I ask again and she asks the manager. The manager told the server that they couldn't do it because my birthday is over. I told them my birthday was last week. I wonder why it said the birthday month in the menu. The server asks the manager to explain and he said he could only do if I received a voucher code. I didn't understand why the restaurant couldn't be included as the menus said birthday month and I sign. I really write this review on principle. I work in service and you want to make the customer happy. First I couldn't get Dessert bc birthday, it wasn't my birthday, but now I have to get a voucher code. I think they just didn't want to talk about why I won't know.

Heard this was a good place to go to celebrate a special occasion. I was taking a friend there for a birthday luncheon. The menu looked great, so we decided to each get one sandwich each and share half. This is always a great way when you can't decide on just one item. We had the chicken salad sandwich and the pastrami. After one bite of the chicken we both agreed we couldn't eat it. It tasted like a cream sandwich. The waitress was very obliging and offered us another choice, which was the right thing to do. Besides not having the best food ever, their prices are on the high side. $40.00 for lunch for 2 is not a restaurant that I will go back to.
