Ve-go - Charlotte

I’m still feeling stuffed from my meal at Pilot Brewing tonight, and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the Ve-Go large blow-out plate, which came with tacos, frogs, supercharged nachos, and rice to celebrate Taco Tuesday. Everything was so delicious, and I really wish this place was just around the corner from my apartment. It might not be a good thing for my waistline!

I had the best vegan tacos I've ever tasted on Taco Tuesday—simply outstanding! The empanadas were amazing as well! Their brunch is definitely the best vegan brunch in Charlotte. Be sure to try the fried oyster mushroom chicks. Charlotte is so fortunate to have this food truck! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, too!

I can't emphasize enough how much Ve-go enhanced my Taco experience! I ordered the empanada plate along with several tacos, and every single taco was outstanding—so tasty! The empanada was crispy and perfectly seasoned. I'll definitely be following this food truck every Tuesday!

I have visited twice. The taste, quality, and seasoning are great. I like the vegan shrimp dishes. The apple pie makes me want to order an entire pie. The only competition is Peace of Soul Kitchen in Columbia.

We just had the best vegan BBQ ribs and fried chicken we’ve ever had. It was spectacular! These folks have also made us some really amazing tacos. Find them and give them a try!!
