The best variety of tacos! The customer service is always great ?

The optimist hall location gives this company a bad reputation. My entire order was wrong twice. I got the cauliflower tacos and they were drenched in hot sauce. Employees don’t change gloves at all and there’s a major health concern for cross contamination. Employees will wear the same gloves to take orders go and get produce and to take orders. Will not be returning to this location.

Food was great, but was ruined by the incredibly rude staff member taking orders (pink/red hair, female). She sat on her phone at the counter scrolling, was clearly annoyed that she had guests in line needing to place orders, was short, rude and overall and unpleasant experience.

Got the chicken waffles and the grilled salmon tacos. They were so good!

Preface: I didn’t get to eat what I ordered. We got two tacos. They came in the same small box. My partners had avocado on it, which I’m very allergic to. Because his was touching mine, I asked them to remake it. My original order was beer battered cauliflower and was garnished with carrots and parsley. I received a new order of unknown meat, tomatoes, and corn. I’m just really confused and should have read the reviews first. I think almost all of the complaints would be solved by them writing down our orders and doing one box per meal, not one box for two. Just… why.
