Feedback gevenThe experience was terrible. I regretted my choice as soon as I realized my order was wrong. It seems like orders from this place are consistently incorrect. With COVID restrictions, you can't go inside and have to sit outside, just hoping someone will bring you your order. This time, they just scraped the filling out of the rolls and brought them back to me 15 minutes later. It was the worst experience; I wouldn’t recommend going to this restaurant at all.
I can’t seem to catch a break. I had high hopes that the mobile ordering would simplify things, but my order was still wrong. It’s frustrating to drive back every time. Next time, I’ll open my sandwiches before I even leave the drive-thru.
The dining area wasn't open to guests yet, so we had to enter through a different entrance. However, the staff was very friendly.
The food was good. The staff was rude. Somehow I made her crazy, maybe it was because I didn't want to sit on the first window and listen to the ride through the narrator about how he needed a back massage from the manager. When I went to the food window, an employee came in front and he cursed. He gave us our food, poured two water and then said thank you for the choice of Wendys and then the window was very hard. My wife and I worked for a long time and were tired. Long story short, avoid this Wendy late at night and I will never choose this again.
Very dirty place, inside and out. I've used this Wendy's location before. I always try to give it another chance as if they would improve. They don't. I always have an item or 2 wrong. They never give out a receipt, so I can't report it. I've called the store, but no one ever answers. Not even a machine. Just rings forever then hangs up on you. Deserves zero stars.
