Al Carbon Chicken - Charlottesville

Very good burritos, it's a shame that they use day-old chicken to make them, they are the first ones in the morning. One day they also gave me a sour flan that was almost spoiled but I like their burritos.

I stopped for lunch while traveling and I ordered the quarter chicken and a side of the roasted vegetables. Both were delicious! The chicken was moist and the flavor was fantastic. The vegetables were a great variety (peppers, squash, zucchini, snap peas, green beans, carrots, cauliflower, onions) and they also had a great flavor! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Charlottesville

We tried eight different items off of the menu which were all delicious.

M husband and I shared the Plato de Carne with esquites, frijoles and plantains as sides. All were delicious and we have leftovers. The food came out quickly and hot. The employees are friendly and deliver the food to your table. I’m watching them cook the rotisserie chicken while eating. It looks fabulous. I like that they have individual as well as family/sharing iptions.

The food he was delicious and the portions were big! My abuela was over the moon with her Nopales! She said the flavor was perfect! The chicken was delicious a d the flautas were huge!
