Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. The meat was cold, every item was overly salty and not very flavorful. I usually love Chipotle, but I am extremely disappointed with this particular location.

This time was definitely an improvement from my last visit. The restaurant was clean and the food was served quickly. The prices are a bit high for the quality of food, but it's important to keep in mind that it's not Qdoba, so expectations shouldn't be too high.

I will most likely never go to another Chipotle again because I had a bad experience with a rude team member. When I asked a simple question, they responded with unnecessary attitude. I hadn't even placed an order, as they only accepted online orders at that location. I didn't see any signs indicating this, so I simply inquired if they were closing. The team member replied rudely, saying they only take online orders and there are signs posted. There was no need for her to be so hostile. After speaking to me in a disrespectful manner, she then proceeded to laugh with her coworkers. It would have been much easier for her to just explain the situation to me politely. Unfortunately, this encounter soured my evening and I did not appreciate her tone or body language. I will not be returning to this location.

I love chipotles food, but this place sucks easy. I have frozen Barbacoa before (not sure), no Barbacoa, Barbacoa in pieces that you could not even eat, etc. Paid for chips and Guac and also not. For Queso paid and not received. Missing ingredients from the bowl or very low portion sizes. Besides, I had to wait up to 45 minutes after my order was to be ready. Even yesterday I spent $30 on 2 bowls and when I was there the store was closed. No refund. Chipotles food is so good, this place is easy?t.

I have enjoyed Chipotle previous times but for some reason this time my steak had fat in every bite (unfortunately I am one of those texture picky people who can not handle biting into fat) it was alot of fat too. I'm not sure if I will try again as that's not a cheap chance to take as possibly the quality has gone downhill and may happen again next time.
