Domino's Pizza - Charlottesville

This place is TRASH! The workers are disrespectful and they hung the phone up on me 2 times! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!

Unfortunately, I have had consistently bad delivery service on the last three occasions. To be fair, this was a different driver on each occasion. A salad that was brown an wilted on one occasion, someone else?s pizza on another occasion and a missingdrink, and half of what I paid for today. When I called back and complained three strikes you?re out, they bad mouthed thedriver saying it was his fault. I asked that they please do not re-send the driver and they sent the poor kid out again. To topit off, when I was eating the pizza that arrived without the rest of the order, I found someone?s hair on my pizza. What hashappened to service? During the pandemic, they quietly raised menu prices a few dollars on specialty pizzas, and served muchmore than not so fresh salads. Domino's is overpriced, and under serviced. I just wish Crozet pizza delivered. Edit: after Iwrote this review, the driver returned, and brought my salad, but STILL brought the wrong drink. It was correct on my order onthe box; they just didn?t bother to look at what I ordered on their own app, and brought a coke instead, which wasn?t what Iordered. PATHETIC.

I like the pan pizza and service is usually quick when you place online order. My main thing is they don't use multiple slicers so my chicken pizza ends up with stuff I am allergic to in it, no matter if I let them know or not. I have been told after eachpizza they clean the slicer but not true when you have sausage in your chicken pizza and have to give it away!!

Shout-out to my local manager (on 250 in Crozet, across from HT). It's our go-to pizza place (don't judge me) and tonight it was really great. The only reason I gave only four stars is that there was an issue with the order. However, the manager made good,even beyond what he should have done. Much appreciated.

This Dominos is such a great place to get food from and such a positive atmosphere to walk into. Everybody greets you at the door and makes it their mission to help you as soon as possible. You can see and hear the teamwork and positive vibes the peopleinside radiate. The drivers are always quick and respectful people. Also any time i have ever had questions or anything themanager has always been super helpful and just the friendliest person.
