Sakura - Charlottesville

Entertaining and filling! Freshly cooked food is always best and the serving sizes are more than generous. Still a little costly.

Tried again after not going back for a long time, everything was great and the two younger chefs are amazing and have been practicing their skills

I generally enjoy going to Sakura, even if the routine is the same every time. The food is pretty good, the portions are large, and it’s normally a good time. I do feel as though it is a bit overpriced but lines up well with “middle-class fancy”. I’m likely to visit again at some point in the future.

The food was amazing, it was my first time going and the chef made it worth it . He scared me doing the fake ketchup trick but had all of us laughing at the table , they singed happy birthday to my son and gave him a peace of cheese cake for free which was delicious. They had no problem accommodating the 7 of us , we will definitely be back.
