Sam's Kitchen - Charlottesville

I've been wanting to go to Sam's every since I moved to Charlottesville. I see it everyday from work. I've been told it's good. I finally got the chance to go. It did not disappoint. Our server was very attentive. She apologized several times for our wait, but honestly it was just about right for a sit-down restaurant. I don't think it was excessive at all. I've waited longer at Wendy's. The food was top notch. We ordered a Hoo's platter and a gyro. Both were excellent.The burger was cooked just right with plenty of toppings, and the gyro was full of meat. The prices were right, too. I'll definitely be going back. Thanks for a great lunch, Sam's. I'll see you again soon!

While I was getting my oil changed I waited in line at IHOP across the street the day after Christmas while the staff ignored me and a lot of other people. THANKFULLY I REMEMBERED SAM'S KITCHEN!!! The staff is friendly attentive, especially Melinda, and and the food is great. My food arrived in 3 minutes and 49 seconds. No kidding! And the coffee in my mug never ran low.????

One of my favorite places to have breakfast! Staff is quick and food is good. Always enjoy coming here!

They absolutely did not disappoint, both my husband and my meal was great..first time there and we will return when in the area again...

Went for breakfast with my elderly parents on a Sunday at 10am. Not too busy at all. Great service and food. Only minus isn't about the restaurant but the parking lot. One disabled parking spot that you can't even pull into because it's in a corner. That didn't stop us from going and getting great food though!
