A&w Canada - Charlottetown

I had a fantastic experience at the Charlottetown location; it had been a while since my last visit. Even though I had some issues with the new app, the drive-thru order went smoothly. I received my food and smoothie in no time, and everything was exactly as I ordered and delicious. Well done!

The food takes a long time to prepare, and unfortunately, the taste did not live up to the wait. The drive-thru is always backed up with cars waiting for their orders.

Vegetarian options: They offer a Beyond Meat Burger as a vegetarian choice. Wheelchair accessibility: The front entrance is accessible. Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate dietary restrictions if you inform them before placing your order.

In a word discusting!! Health department should be notified about this place. Gross. Go in a look around the dining room see if you still want to eat there before you go through the drive through. Asked to speak to manager about the state of the dining room, was told their was none. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE, if they are willing to let the customers see that in the dining room and are ok with it imagine what is happening in the kitchen. Also staff don't seem to care when I asked them about it. If this is the best you can offer shut it down, to the owner-go into a new business venture, you are not worthy of serving food to people.

The Place is warmth but the area where the condiments are place is not good..they should know how to clean the area.
