However, the lack of air conditioning and limited seating options made it uncomfortably hot and crowded. We had to leave the show early, which was disappointing because the music was fabulous.
The restaurant offers delicious food with vegan options and features live music. We're not sure which nights they have live music, but when we visited on a Thursday, there was a jazz quartet playing. Located downtown, it's easy to walk to from our hotel.
This lovely small restaurant on Charlottetown's main street features live music and authentic Lebanese dips. They also offer very affordable local beer.
Every Thursday evening will host the baba’s lounge island jazz, the entry fee is by donating and the menu for $5. a drink allows them to see first class jazz artists from all over Canada. the atmosphere is great and the place is full, that reminds of the jazz clubs of old. great music and eating and the barman tommy is wonderful.
Musician friends were performing and it was the first time I had heard them play as a group. Blues, the best I've heard in a long time. The lounge is intimate offering everyone the best seat in the house. A variety of food is offered...during their Happy Hour from 4 PM until 9 PM for $5.00. I chose a Cheeze Burger loaded and a coffee. Between the music and the food I was in heaven. If you prefer a full menu, mid Eastern cuisine is available from Cedar's Eatery located below and delivered to your table. Service was friendly and timely.
