Charlton Bakery Cafe

Great choice of baked food, whether it be a pie, pastie or sausage roll or something sweet. Although the pepper pie was too hot for my son, we replaced it with a different one which he enjoyed thoroughly. Milkshakes come in a handled jar, we sat inside and enjoyed the atmosphere for the time of day it was. The other half of the shop is a pizza shop, but it wasn't open. Great service, really nice staff. If you can zoom in on the right side front window you'll see a for sale sign there. Popular for travelers and its position is across the road from public convenience building with ample parking.

The coffee and cakes are very nice it's a fairly quiet place as most passing through people stop at the Roadhouse On the edge of town but this is worth the effort and toilet over the road
