Pizza Hut Charters Towers

We order online at least once at 3 pm and pick up 45 minutes later. We love the service and the product. Tonight we have our order on time, it was fresh and beautiful.

Nice people who run a business because they are nice people. Your customer service is great. Very friendly and coveted with difficult orders. The pizza is so much better than the pizzeria of the standard pizza. That and the service, make me back.

The food is good, but the service was bad, the kids don't know what pizza belongs to who. The young man who took my order looked like he wasn't even attentive had to repeat my self a few times. I was disappointed by the staff who had their hair and faces during work with the food and not washing or sanitising their hands, I could not get names since no one had names wearing badges.

30 +minutes over delivery time,cold uncooked Pizza and garlic bread(cheese not even melted on pizza )potato spud bites not cooked and cold.. Called the store to be told we are busy what do you won't me to do about it Driver still received a tip I'm sure it's not her fault but the store has alot to answer for. Horrible behaviour from the guy on the phone and definitely don't recommend.
