El Paisano - Chaska

I would rate this place higher, but the woman who usually answers the phone and is present in the store has a very unpleasant attitude. Even when you try to ask her for assistance, her responses come off as quite dismissive. It's clear that she shouldn't be in a customer service role. I recommend looking for better service elsewhere—somewhere that truly values you as a customer. I've been there several times, hoping to give it a fair chance, but her attitude has consistently put me off. Don't get me wrong, the pastries and cakes are delicious, but the service is really disheartening.

Hands down the best bakery I have for years. All baked goods are handmade and fresh, and larger portions at a lower price than several chain bakeries. I would describe as a Hole-in-the-Wall, Mom and Pop Bakery. I can understand that a bar is just a shutdown of some people, so I think it's worth mentioning at least.

A staple in our house! If you're looking for incredibly delicious, high quality pastries you've found your spot! Cash only but everything is cheap and you don't need more than $10 to grab lots of treats.

My first visit here and I must say, all the hype I heard from people from chaska is TRUE!!! AWESOME AND AUTHENTIC MEXICAN BREAD AND PASTRIES..WOW! No fuss layout, ask for a tray and pick out what you want with tongs. Good prices. Cash only.
