Very nice and little restaurant in the middle of nowhere. The owner of the restaurant does everything by herself. From preparing the food to cleaning the tables and serving the food and drinks. There is no menu, but she tells you what you can choose from. We had a salmon salad as starter and one duck with Rice and one white fish. The taste was very good! When youre in the neighborhood its definitaly a recommendation!

The restaurant was very pleasant and friendly, the owner and chef was very much the sole operator and we were alone on a Wednesday evening. There was no written Menu but the patron explained the menu choices and all was freshly prepared. Very nicely presented with a delicious amuse bouche of frogs legs. Altogether a very pleasant evening

We ate at this restaurant in September 2014. It's located in a picturesque hamlet near Argenton sur Creuse. The restaurant is very attractive with an open kitchen where you can watch the chef as he prepares your meal. We had a 3 course lunch. Our appetizers were extraordinary; our main courses very good; desserts excellent. This is an unusual restaurant for this area, where most of the restaurants offer, at best, good French cooking. This restaurant has a creative, inventive chef. Not everything may come off perfectly, but when it does not to be missed. I strongly recommend this restaurant you won't regret coming here.

We had a lovely meal for our large party of 11, having booked for a mid week lunch that morning. Everything was beautifully cooked and presented, through from the amuse bouche of pan fried squid in a delicious sauce with little cheesy gougere puffs through the starter and main course (my choice a very tasty and perfectly cooked duck breast in cassis) to the choice of 4 desserts. At 28 euros it was perhaps pricier than our normal lunch out, but it was an excellent meal and good value. It was fascinating to watch the chef in action in the open plan kitchen at the end of the dining room he is clearly a perfectionist! We shall definitely return if we visit the area again.

An unusual place full of charm and very friendly. We were served as kings. Delicious and prepared dishes with passion! As happy to stop a moment in a place like this
