Mcdonald's - Châteauguay

I work at McDonald's and earn $20 an hour. Check out my photo! Whether it’s a hot day or a cold one, you can’t go wrong starting or ending your day with an iced coffee or a warm coffee. The service here is excellent, and the place is spotless. I'm really enjoying my experience!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My Big Mac and fries arrived cold, which was really unappealing. Additionally, I was given a diet drink instead of a regular one, which was confusing. Overall, I’m not impressed!

This McDonald's really stands out; it's undoubtedly one of the most efficient locations I've seen. Kudos to the employees—you truly make this place special!

The restaurant claims to be open 24 hours a day, but they actually close for about an hour every night during my lunch break. They should specify that they are open for only 23 hours a day, as this is misleading.

I'm not sure how to rate McDonald's. Having worked there in my youth and seeing how it's run today, I have serious concerns about the decisions that have led us to this point. It's no longer fast food; it's more like, "Your order will be ready when it's ready," and good luck getting your order right. I don’t mean to sound out of touch, but back in my day, we managed two counters with just one kitchen staff, and there were usually only three or four of us working nights. Now it seems like each person only focuses on their own station, and there are about ten employees on the floor. You can't even get a coffee out in under five minutes. The corporate office really needs to reassess their efficiency.
