Arby's - Chatham

I hadn't been to an Arby's in years, but I remembered the delicious roast beef sandwiches. While I wasn't completely disappointed, I couldn't help but notice that the slices seemed thinner than I remembered. My son ordered from the Happy Hour menu and was served the smallest fries I had ever seen. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.

In the past, we used to enjoy the good food and service at Arby's, but it had been a while since we last visited. Last night, we decided to dine in and were disappointed. When we received our food, there were no clean tables available, so we had to ask for one to be cleared. The woman behind the counter sent a young boy to clean the tables. He simply sprayed some liquid on the table, wiped it quickly, and left. We had to use all our napkins to dry it enough to eat our food. I regret not insisting on proper cleaning! Furthermore, the sandwiches and fries were cold. We were left wondering if the front of the restaurant was as poorly managed as the kitchen. It was the worst meal we had in a long time. While we understand that Arby's is not fine dining, we still expect a certain level of basic food and service. We will not be returning anytime soon, if ever.

My husband and I frequently use the drive-thru at Arby's for dinner. Due to the virus, there is no indoor dining available. They offer a good selection of menu items. My husband typically orders the classic combo with curly fries and a soft drink. I sometimes opt for a reuben sandwich, a baked potato with butter and sour cream, or a Montreal meat slider.

Visited Chatham Arby is today not to receive any service. Waited patient for 20 minutes and received no kind of service yet. The other customers waiting behind us, in the car thru left annoyed as they also receive zero service. My husband and I called this establishment several times this afternoon and no one answered the phone. I thought your company welcomed customers with quality service, but not today. Very disappointing.

Great place to eat!!! I love everything on their menu. The staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant is very modern and clean!!!
