McDonald's - Chatham

I recently had the opportunity to observe the kitchen, service counter, take-out, and skip the dishes during a busy Sunday dinner rush. The coordination was exceptional, the staff were very friendly towards customers and each other while working. The restaurant was immaculately clean, which is not always the case in many establishments nowadays. Kudos to the staff working the Sunday night shift at 5:00, they did a fantastic job!

I had an issue with the pricing of my order at this restaurant. The prices seem to be inconsistent each time I visit. When I asked to speak to the manager, a young man came over. I inquired if there was anything he could do about the pricing, but he simply said no and did not offer any kind of compensation. He even laughed about it. Just four days ago, I had ordered the same dish and the price was different yesterday. This is unacceptable. I have always paid the same price in the past. The issue is not the change in price, but rather the lack of customer service and disrespect shown by the staff.

This particular restaurant location is noticeably slower than the other two locations in the city. It appears that every time I have dined here, I have experienced some level of disappointment.

We were looking for something open very late (in the hours on Friday and there was a welcome page MacDonald's. Efficient, friendly, tasty. The only thing was that they had forgotten to put on the four hamburgers we had ordered so that we had a slight delay in service (which happened rarely at MacDonalds, but they were hot and fresh when we got them.

I went here with a friend to order iced coffees. Their service was decent and the staff were friendly.
