Gloria Jean's Coffee - Chatswood

Came here to try the typical Australian coffee. Couldn't really differentiate the difference as am not a coffee master but was glad to finally able to try out Australian coffee. Located in the central stretch of Chatswood business centre. Very crowded and busy outside the shop so was glad to be able to sit down and relax with my cup of coffee inside the cafe.

Just dropped in for a croissant and coffee for breakfast as I live and work close by. Over for a ham and cheese croissant and a medium black coffee, and then the shop assistant says ‘there is a surcharge if you tap your credit card’. Seriously, it’s never been good coffee, or good anything else, and they change a surcharge for paying by credit card? I will NEVER go back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My friends and I decided to grab some food from this cafe. We ordered one cake and one coffee. However, after I have already paid at the counter, the waiter kept asking me if we were going to order more food. When I told him that this was what we wanted. IMMEDIATELY HE REFUSED TO SERVE US AND ASKED ONE OF MY FRIEND TO LEAVE! because we only ordered two items!!!! EVEN THO The cafe was completely EMPTY! The whole time the waiter was very DISRESPECTFUL and obviously POORLY TRAINED! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, there are so many cafes in Chatswood that actually worth your money!

Classic gloria jean franchise coffee, not too bad for your standard franchise coffee Staff is pretty nice and a good place for a catch up and coffee
