Oliver Brown - Chatswood

Don't even bother coming here for a good cup of coffee. The food isn't that great here and the drinks are over priced. There are plenty of better cafes in Chatswood.

Mediocre drinks, even the chocolate ones. The large dark hot chocolate here was too sweet as was my green tea latte. Despite then reassuring me that they use pure matcha powder for my latte, it was obviously a premix with plenty of sugar and barely any green tea flavor. Service was very disorganized and staff looked a little lost on the floor.

Turned up at 7:50 after their 7:30 opening time to a closed door and was turned away until after 8am. Was given one menu (not a full menu) and had to go to the counter to get their other menu. If you have a rude personality (like the waiters) don't work in customer service. Raisin toast was a bit cold, waffles and hot chocolate was good. (when it finally arrived) Waiter kept sneezing and coughing all over the cash register (hygienic). Staff were giggling and swearing behind the counter.

The cakes in this cafe are so cute and tasty. Can never hold myself when I see those little art! Also excellent attitude ! The hot chocolate is also my favorite. Just imagine a cup of nice hot chocolate when ur cold! Great work !keep it on

Well Ollie, you better wander down to Chatswood and sort this franchise out. Just lacking in all aspects, no ambiance, staff that look bored, maybe mummy and daddy bought the business to stay in Oz. The coffee is average. I would say running at a lost
