San Ma Ru - Chatswood

I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi, which was served on a hot plate. The side dishes weren't as plentiful as the ones at Myeongdong across the road, but the portions were generous. It was delicious! So far, I have been satisfied with the Korean food options in Chatswood.

I ordered the kimchi stew, which had the perfect level of spiciness for me. It was spicy enough for me to feel it but not so spicy that I needed to drink a lot of water. I have an average spice tolerance, so I think most people would enjoy it without finding it too hot. The stew was delicious and very comforting. The banchan (side dishes) complemented the kimchi stew well and were also refreshing and tasty. It was a very satisfying meal that warmed me up on a chilly day. I would definitely come back to try their other dishes, as I am a big fan of Korean food.

Good free starter small dishes. Service not slow, food tasty and very Korean, atmosphere and location nice not too loud, not too crowded, price not bad. Good amount of food options.
