I’ve given this place a 4 star rating instead of a 2 star from the lack of service I initially received from one of their rude cashiers today. I’ve increased my rating to 4 stars purely because of the lovely, kind and caring manager that was quick to respond to my complaints, Khululiwe Mayaba. Thank you very much for responding to my complaint and for dealing with the situation in a timeous and professional manner. You went an extra mile to make sure I left your restaurant happy and yes I did! Please Debonairs never let go of such employees because over and beyond doing their duties, they go the extra mile to protect the image of the company and to make sure every customer is happy. I take my hats off to you Mrs Mayaba! You’re a star! Or rather 4

Loved the experience of the friendly staff and not to mention the cleanness of store!! Big up ...and oh not forgetting the tasty pizza n my personal favorite is chicken mushroom with extra cheese mmmh mouth watering...keep up the good work

Very friendly staff, great you witha a warm smile upon entrance, thats something you no longer see in restaurants, order was on time and i must say i had no complains with my pizza. Keep it up workshop team you have restored my faith with debonairs. From someone who had given up on debonairs pizza.

I write this with so much delight, I am really impressed by the service I got from Workshop the staff members are so friendly yet professional, the pizza is mouth watering very tasty and rich not to mention hygiene it was was spotlessly clean I'm very pleased and definitely going back with my family
