Stonefire Grill - Chatsworth

The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced, making it perfect for feeding the whole family while giving mom a break from cooking. A meal for six typically costs over $100, but with tax and tip, I only spent about $65. I will definitely return! Despite the restaurant being busy, my food was prepared promptly, my order was accurate, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was also very courteous. I will certainly be back!

When I arrived at the restaurant, I received a text with a link to request curbside service for my order. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went inside only to find my food sitting on a shelf, already cooled down. I have no issue with picking up my own food, but it would have been nice if they provided the service they advertised.

I'm not sure what happened during our visit, but our food arrived cold, and we had to send it back. When it came back to our table, it was still cold. Don't get me wrong; the food here is typically very good—I just don't know what went wrong today. However, I must say that the exceptional customer service really saved the day. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The gentleman who took our order made great recommendations, and all the servers were very polite. They seemed genuinely concerned that our food was cold, but unfortunately, it still wasn't warm when it arrived.

The experience wasn't great, and it was quite pricey. The chopped salad with tri-tip could have been enjoyable, but the meat was all shredded and inedible. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to visit this place again. On a positive note, the waitstaff were excellent; they were polite and attentive.
