The best thing in the menu hands down is the Jackfruit nachos They are bussing. The chicken wrap is like a tuna salad didn't really like it

Cashew was my favorite vegan restaurant that I visited while in Chattanooga! It took me several minutes to decide what I wanted because they have sooo many good entrees to choose from on the menu. The Buffalo Bowl was packing flavor; well done!! I definitely recommend this menu item. It was amazingly delicious. Amazing vegan food, with lots of gluten free options as well. The staff members are friendly and glad to answer any questions. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Definitely recommend, even for meat-eaters.

The BEST vegan food anywhere. We drive 1 ½ hours to get there, but well worth it.

Love the ambiance of the restaurant! There were a lot of options for food, drinks, and desserts! I loved the southwest loaded baked potato and kale garlic salad! Would definitely come back!
