The experience here was good overall! the eating tasted amazing, and the staff was very patient. However, I was a bit from one of the servers that was a little too friendly for my comfort. they have checked us and made sure we are all set. 9 10 would recommend
Dinner, again, eating is great and lyndsi, the bartender is knowledgeable and exceptionally beautiful. trust her suggestions for good eating.
The hostess went to speak with another staff member, who then approached me to ask who I was. I requested to speak with the manager, and he introduced himself as the manager. I questioned him about the seating arrangement, and he seemed dismissive. When I asked who he reported to, he refused to provide information about the general manager and just mentioned that the other family was a party of five, laughing at my confusion. When I pressed for more information, he took a phone call and didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously. It's worth noting that the hostess was of a different race, while all the other staff at the hostess station were white. The family that was seated before us appeared to be of another ethnicity as well. I felt that I was subjected to strong discrimination and ridicule by the manager. As a response to my experience, I received a $35 gift card, which wouldn’t even cover the cost of the meal I had planned to enjoy that evening. No one has reached out to me for further details, which feels like an additional insult. I urge someone to take this matter seriously.
I tried to dine out with my family tonight, but it was a frustrating experience. The hostess informed us that we would have to wait for servers, yet when another family arrived, they were seated right in front of us. When I inquired about the reason for this, she claimed we couldn't fit in the booth. She then went to the back and returned with another staff member who asked, "Which one is it?" without addressing my concerns. When I asked to speak to the manager, he smirked and identified himself as the manager. I questioned him about the booth capacity, but he refused to answer. I even asked him to stop smirking long enough to have a proper conversation. When I requested the general manager's contact information, he refused to provide it. My last visit to this restaurant was disappointing, with terrible food and service, and I had hoped for a better experience this time. However, I’ve decided that I will never eat here again.
