Chick-fil-a - Chattanooga

I paused my journey to Florida to grab a bite at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they didn't fulfill my request for BBQ sauce and instead gave me a sauce I had never encountered before. I ended up having to go back to get the BBQ sauce I originally asked for.

This restaurant was buzzing with activity! I believe there was a soccer event happening at Camp Jordan, which likely contributed to the crowd. The staff was quite busy in the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside, where there was a decent line as well. The employees were polite and prompt with their service. The food was tasty. The only downside was that I had to return to the counter to get some mayo for my sandwich and a fork for the mac and cheese I ordered. The staff member apologized, but given how busy they were, it was completely understandable. This place typically has long lines at the drive-thru whenever you pass by!

My filet was disappointing—it resembled a chicken strip on a sandwich. I also find it unreasonable to make the staff stand out in the heat all day, especially when it doesn't really speed up the line. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes to place my order through a speaker.

By far the worst Chick-fil-A I?ve ever been to. I typically only go to Chick-fil-A for fast food, but it?s becoming a no for me because of this location. They are so SLOW and something is always going wrong in the drive thru. Not sure if hat lack oftraining or management. It?s always a cluster. Once it even took so long I had to drive off to avoid being late, and I hadalready paid. This was after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru. Please manage this place better!

Usually chickfila has amazing service but this location is absolutely abysmal. We asked to have 2 extra buns (typically 50 cents each) added to our order and the employee wanted to charge us for a full sandwich. He mumbled the entire time even after we saidwe couldn't hear him. One of the items from the order was completely missing. Missing a spoon which should be standard for icecream. Really disappointing
