I visited the restaurant at Erlanger Hospital, and I was impressed by how quick and fresh the food was. The staff were very nice, making for a pleasant experience overall.

I absolutely loved that chocolate shake—it was worth the 50-mile trip! So delicious! Unfortunately, it seems like the shake machine is broken at every other place I've tried. I'm not sure if the owner at Krystal on 23rd in Chattanooga plans to get a new one. On another note, the quality of the food was fantastic; the chicken sandwich was amazing! It really made my journey back from Murfreesboro a lot more enjoyable. Plus, the customer service was excellent!

Chick-fil-A offers an amazing chicken sandwich, and their customer service is excellent. The only issue I've encountered was at the Fort Payne, Alabama location, where the cookies weren't baked properly in the center. Despite that, I still love Chick-fil-A!

Fantastic food and excellent service! I've never had a negative experience here, either with the food or the service. We're definitely lifelong customers!
