Feedback gevenI am giving this restaurant a 4-star rating based on previous experiences. I apologize for only reviewing when things go wrong, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. In the past, my visits to this restaurant have been excellent. However, during my most recent visit, I placed a to-go order at 11:00am and arrived at 11:38 only to be told that it would be an hour wait for one item. I was perplexed as to why my order, placed well in advance of my half-hour lunch break, was not ready upon my arrival. Despite the small number of customers in the restaurant, my order had not been processed. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order as I could not afford to wait an hour. I have enjoyed the food at this restaurant in the past, particularly the delicious stuffed hashbrown, but this recent experience has left me hesitant to return, as I cannot risk wasting my limited break time.
The waitress was very well-informed and did a fantastic job serving us. The food was good, and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
I went to a restaurant where the menu states that they offer free refills on hot coffee and tea. However, when I asked for a second tea bag, our server, Suki, insisted on charging me for it. I found this to be ridiculous and called the corporate Customer Service line to file a complaint. Although they followed up with an email thanking me for my feedback, there was no offer for a complimentary cup of tea on my next visit. This experience, combined with their false advertising and indifferent attitude, led me to decide not to dine at any Huddle House again. EDIT: The General Manager of the Huddle House later called and apologized, explaining that they had recently updated their menus and no one had noticed the change in tea refill policy. She was very kind and offered me a free meal as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciate the effort and will consider giving them another chance.

Grey food and clean environment! We were very grateful that they were open on Christmas day and offered great service! Customer service was great! Big Momma served us and she was so funny and gave our family a wonderful experience!
