Feedback gevenI try giving every place 3 or 4 chances.Place an order which turned out to be a nightmare. Over a hour and half had passed. Called to see where order was. Someone said order wasn't made because they had no driver's to come pick it up or order from some place else. I was located in hotel behind store 100 foot away.Ridiculous ? service is the worst I've seen in 20 years. How this place is open I haven't a clue.Jimmy John's corporate office needs to fire the whole building.
Great place to eat a meal. The environment is nice. Also enjoyed my chicken caesar wrap.
I have been there twice within a few weeks and got the EXACT same thing: Chicken caesar wrap add bacon. BOTH times I received my food with several ingredients missing and neither time did I get the bacon I paid extra for. I am not going back and will order from the one downtown for delivery only. They are consistently getting my order right and not screwing me out of the money I paid.
Jeremy, the general manager went above and beyond, providing exceptional service to make sure that we were satisfied with our order. What a great guy!
I got a sandwich through the drive thru. After I paid, I was asked to pull forward (there was no one behind me). When my food was finally brought out, it wasn’t in a bag and the guy looked very confused when I asked for a bag.Both employees were dressed in gym shorts/sweatpants like they were just chillin at home.At least the sandwich was good.
