DOES employee behavior count ?,,,,,,,,,,, Absolutely ! My family has used the Drive-Thru on multiple occasions and have usually received quality KFC Chicken and fixin 's from pretty friendly drive-thru attendants. But today was a huge exception and redefines rude and negligent behavior to outright contempt for the customer. The young lady at the window never made eye contact, never even looked in our direction, never smiled, and never responded in any way to our comments. I had to place my credit card in her hand and reach to take it back. We closely inspected our order and determined it was ok . The biscuits were dried out and stale and the mac and cheese had a small brown spot that appeared to be a burn mark. The food was average. This location went through a major upgrade and for a short while was great, but now seems to have slipped down to really bad when you factor in the window attendant 's hateful behavior.
Service was slow however food was good. One employee was up front and when asked for more sweet tea she snapped she worked the back not the front. She then walked off not asking anyone else.
Had to stand in line waiting on someone to come serve us. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The fountain area could have been wiped down a little but it wasn't too bad..Food: 5/5
The lack of organization during a shift is pretty bad. Ppl need to be assigned by mgmt. the drive thru and front counter. Everyone seems to be neglecting on keeping and eye on customers waiting. For 1 positive, the gentleman that was trying to ring up front customers had a good attitude. For the other 4-5 ??
