Marco's Pizza - Chattanooga

I can't believe who made this pizza would actually put that pizza in a box. Then had to go back and get another pizza that the guy I'm guessing is the supervisor at the time was like oh good no customer service ever. I'm sorry.

I am dissatisfied with customer service, Bordline Round Front counter without knowledge of current promotions or sales. No excuses for customer treatment and they have any adjustment. Your app constantly crashes so that you cannot order via the app to get points; They are forced to order via the phone and not able to carry special from the app in the store. I was unfortunately forced to pay more. Finally, the quality of the pizzas obtained has decreased in the last 3 months. I won't order from here anymore.

The staff is always so friendly and the food is so fresh every time ! The thin crust- ?the works? pizza and green salad we ordered tonight were absolutely delicious!

My staff and I order 2 pizzas almost every Friday from the East Ridge site, I place my order for later in the day pickup online and it is always punctual and super tasty! The workers are also nice.

Every time we have ordered from here we have been extremely happy with the service and food! The delivery time was spot on from what they said. The other orders were picked up and the staff was very kind even on super bowl Sunday. We will definitely be making this our local east ridge pizza place!
