O'charley's Restaurant Bar

It took us 35 mins to get our food and the establishment was not busy by any means. When we finally received our food the Mac n cheese was just plain noodles and they were cold, my daughters bun was hard as a rock, my sons fries were under cooked, while my fiancés were over cooked, we didn?t receive silverware til we waved someone down and asked, there was no plates for the rolls, chicken was over cooked?. SADLY THE BEST PART WAS JUST THE HONEY MUSTARD.

Had early lunch with wife, began filling quickly. Staff was great, attentive but not intrusive. Great help assisting my vision impaired wife choose a drink. Kept my tea filled (important! Started off with breaded fried pepper jack wedges, a favorite. We each had the steak/ribs/chicken tenders combo. Generous portions of everything. Food was great. A favorite place.

Excellent service, little wait time, and delicious food. Our server Kari was polite and on top of everything, and very accommodating with my dietary restrictions. Highly recommend this location.

After a long 15-hour day of driving, we were somewhat grumpy and hungry. We arrived at O?Charley?s fairly late. Keri greeted and seated us very fast. She provided us with fabulous bread and answered our questions. The way she dealt with us, you?d think we were her best friends. She truly earned this rating hands down. The food was perfect but Keri was amazing. O?Charley?s truly has gold in this employee. Thank you.
