Feedback gevenWon't be going back to Panera. Food was average and very expensive. And then employees on a smoke break were holding the door open, letting in some smoke while I was trying to eat. Gross!
What a disaster of a restaurant. Saturday morning at 9 am and they’re out of bagels. Then, they can’t get orders straight, leaving customers waiting 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich when there are only 8 people seated in the restaurant. 9 employees, including the manager at work so it’s definitely not a worker shortage issue. It’s a competency issue. Avoid this place at all costs.
Ordered from the downtown Chattanooga store. Left half of the order out of the bag. This is the third time. No one at the store would answer the phone after calling for 20 minutes to try and correct. Corporate was no help when we called them. The food that was delivered was sub par distribution center quality. Will never eat at Panera again. Used to be good at one time. I wish they would go out of business so a good restaurant can move into the space.
Good luck going here. They’re barely ever open, and when they are open they’ll turn off their pickup orders or do catering only. And when you can order from there, it’s almost always wrong. They’re so finicky with their hours and pay no attention to your order that we might as well not have a Panera downtown.
Although I’m pretty bummed that they close even earlier, the food here is pretty consistent and the nice lady that works at the register deserves all the stars.
