Feedback gevenThis Subway deserves a full five stars! The cleanliness was remarkable—everything was spotless and had a fresh, inviting aroma. I was warmly welcomed by a well-groomed and friendly young lady, and the service was outstanding, complete with a smile. Although this was my first visit, I would gladly go out of my way to come back to this Subway. It's truly one of the best! Thank you for making my experience such a great one!
I had a pleasant experience at this Subway location. The cleanliness of the ingredient stations, which is something I pay close attention to, was impressive. The sandwich artist, Christina, clearly took pride in her work and prepared a great meal. I would say this is likely the best Subway franchise in East Ridge.
Been eating there for over 20 years now and I have seen it been remolded since a few months now.While I love the new look. I have to say that someone needs to be on guard about the drain in the middle of the floor.That's asking for trouble if someone doesn't fix the issue
The young lady and guy at the subway was rude , did not wash there hands after taking cash just put new gloves on , bread was hard , will not come back to this one at all
Ordered online, they have said the sandwiches would be ready in 20 minutes, waited 20 minutes went to the store waited another 10. One of the three sandwiches in the order was missing five of its ingredients. The sandwich was a Baja turkey avocado footlong, guess what one of the ingredients that was missing was? Avocado! Called the store to tell them I was displeased, all they said is I'll get it right the next time, that kind of attitude I highly doubt it. Will not be eating Subway any longer.
