Subway - Chattanooga

I had a wonderful experience at my favorite Subway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was quick. Highly recommend!

This is the most affordable subway I know of. The woman working there was very pleasant. The seating area is quite clean.

I work over the street so that every day I get a lunch break, I order a salad on the app and pick it up from this place. It's excellent. The service is wonderful (not even they have messed up my order) and the food is great. Thank you to the subway staff for getting so friendly!

I've always been a big fan of Subway, so I decided to stop by the Hwy 153 location in Hixson, TN. Upon arrival, my husband and I were warmly welcomed by two ladies who were cleaning the vegetable station but were ready to prepare our order. The sandwich artist was very knowledgeable and made a few recommendations that we gladly accepted. The sandwiches turned out perfectly, and the friendly lady who called out our order informed us that we could get a free drink with the purchase of multiple sandwiches. I consider this excellent customer service. It was also impressive to see that they had achieved a perfect score of 100 in their last restaurant inspection!

I picked up my online order today, and when I got home, I noticed that the receipt indicated it included pepper jack cheese. However, there was no cheese in the order at all. I had also requested extra onions and jalapeños, but they weren't included either. I called the restaurant right away, and the woman on the phone said she thought she included the cheese. She was young, wore glasses, and her staff number was 999997. I strongly recommend that she receives training on proper customer service and sandwich preparation. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If I could give it a zero, I would.
