Feedback gevenNeeds improvement. Ask for extra cheese and there's not even enough for regular cheese. No meat on the taco, literally. Wonderful customer service though from cashier. Didn't see manager though and there was another customer there who's order was messed up. Manager should've been right there.
Just ripped me off on two boxes where the chalupas had 2 bites of steak and the same with the steak fries. I asked for 2 steak fries, got one with barely any steak and mostly tomatoes. Both boxes were pitiful and they refused to correct the mistake on the missing steak fries. Nacho chips always taste like straight oil. Horrible food and service, don't go here...
Came through the drive thru on 1/7 at about 7:30, they were soooooo sweet ! everyone on the shift deserves a raise. I wish I got the people in the windows names so I could shout them out.. keep doing what you’re doing <3
I was picking up an order as a doordash deliverer and had to wait in the Drive-Thru line after hours because the lobby was closed. It was raining and the line was extremely long. When it had become my turn to pick up my order the staff was less than friendly and had no interest in handling the bag of food with care considering the rainy conditions.
Night crew is not fulfilling orders fully while charging full price, but not providing a receipt. Manager says it's teenagers, so I'm guessing they're pocketing skimming some of the money. This is theft, but not providing a receipt isn't going to protect you from a lawsuit and being fired after said lawsuit. It would be one thing if it was one time, but after multiple times with no receipt and even arguing about it just screams that you're up to something and you know it. No receipt should get you inst- fired, because all you're doing is trying to prevent the customer from being able to prove any claims. I'm done with ALL taco bells. They got rid of any menu items that used non-compressed meat, just to save money and now their food is barely better than dog food.
