Taco Bell - Chattanooga

Came thru the drive thru and placed order couldn't use digital coupon at window drove and parked to do as a mobile order drove back around currently still waiting. Order online says received manager was rude and short with us at the window.Parking: SpaciousWheelchair accessibility: Available

We went through the drive through and ordered Mexican pizza and 2 drinks. We split the pizza between my wife and I because it was just a snack. The pizza was hot and delicious as usual. The guy at the drive through window gave us 2 forks as requested. He forgot to give us straws so my wife went inside to get it. The guy that gave us our stuff looked at her and started laughing (unprofessional). She could have requested a manager but was the better person and walked out.

On 11/25, I placed an order through the Taco Bell app. The chips were left out and the burrito was made incorrectly.When I called to ask about it and to attempt a refund, Corey and Samantha (who claimed to be manager/assistant manager) got an attitude and offered no solution or apology other than “call the 1-800 number.”I thought this was Taco Bell, not PopCopy.I wouldn’t go back to this location if it was the last place on the planet to get food.

My food is always fresh, I've never gotten anything there that was not the right temperature, love the staff there.

First time at this location since the remodel.. Food was good restaurant was clean and orderly definitely will be back..Food: 5/5
