Chick-fil-a - Chattolanee

I simply love Chick-fil-A, The menu is excellent , you can not go wrong with whatever you select. My favorites are the Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and the chargrilled sandwich,?? delicious food, great setting and atmosphere, wonderful place for your family dinner.?

I received an email with an offer from the Owner at the Foundry Row location. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the the 50 bonus points or the free original chicken sandwich, after meeting the terms in the email. I spoke to Amari and he did not resolve nor attempt to make things right. His CARESLESS replies, pointed me to call the Restaurant to resolve.Then what is the purpose of Chic-fil-a CARES???THIS LOCATION DOESN'T HONOR THEIR OFFERS and do not return calls as promised. AVOID THIS LOCATION.I will not be patronaging this Chic-fil-a location.

I had a surprising poor experience with the manager Adam Xiong of the Chick fila at foundry row in Owings Mills Md. The drive thru order taker misentered my drink order. I advised the cashier/receipt giver of this discrepancy when he read my order back to me. He advised he would have it corrected. Not only was my order not correct when I got to the pick up but I was treated as though the error was mine. The manager was discourteous and inhospitable. I have never had such an incredibly negative experience at a Chick-Fila.

Somewhat fast in the drive through depending on the day. Definitely check your order for any inconsistencies and missing items because I’ve had a few missing items and incorrect fulfillment of orders.

This Chic-fil-A location at Foundry Row is the very best franchise and has been since the first day I've come here to Feast!2nd only to being HOME!!!
