Dunkin' - Chattolanee

The food was not hot(empanada) Latte was lukewarm. Every time I come to this location, the person in drive thru is rude. Never hello, you’re welcome or a little smile. He just tells you go come to the window and barely looks at you. I say thank you and smile each item he hands me and just hands it to you with barely a glance and never parted his mouth. Like we’re unconvincing him by keeping him employed. Won’t go to this location again.

I grabbed breakfast from their drive thru omw to work. Aside from the man at the window being very rude, my order was incorrect. Unfortunately I didn’t find that out until after I got to work. In general, the food quality here is pretty good, but the customer service is consistently awful.

Very friendly and helpful folks at this Dunkin Donuts.

I come to this Dunkin nearly every morning! The staff are friendly, fast, and very accommodating! Thank you for the extra cookie crumble!!!

There was only one person working. The wait time was ridiculous, and my coffee was awful. The donut was hard as a rock. I definitely won't be back.
