Subway - Chattolanee

Employee refused to let me use a corporate card for a free six inch sub and drink. Told me I could only use Subway app. Ironic thing is I have the card for poor customer service. Omg I asked for the owner's contact info email etc. She gave me the stores phone number that I can google.

The lady who works there Saturday mornings is so awesome! She handles everything by herself. I got The Monster and modified with a change in bread and cheese. Please do yourself a favor and get that sub! yummy ooof ? ?

If it wasn’t for the original subway taste I so crave I wouldn’t come here. It’s insane that you still have to tell employees to wash their hands. If your in production and making numerous subs I understand but coming from sitting in the back on a crate, and careless touching your nose and asking may you help me? Is a bit much. Before you ask what I am looking for, wash your hands before anything. As you greet me be at the hand wash sink immediately. And when you’re in your down time, how about cleaning the production line. So when your next rush starts you’re prepared and don’t have to have things ppl didn’t ask for on their food. Definitely need sanitation training in this location

The facility is always clean and the staff is very customer focused ! They are very accommodating to create whatever sandwich you request with as many toppings and as much as you want on the sub. I’m usually greeted with a smile and how can I help you. The franchise owner is present when I come in at lunch time . One of the better subways I’ve been in. Harry T. The women that wears the glasses had an attitude. When I told what I wanted she said what!? With an attitude. The whole time she talked to me rude and it felt racist . I won’t be returning .
