Brian's Best Gluten Free Bakery

I went for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. Pat spent time with me going through my needs and identifying products. I bought everything bagels and Rye bread. I haven't tried the bread yet but the bagels are very good.

We tried their frozen pizza dough today and it is so far the best GF pizza we have had! There is a special way to handle this dough, but if you follow their instructions it does turn out great. My only suggestion for this pizza dough is to include baking instructions and I am glad I called ahead before baking it, as it is a little tricky, but is easy to do. I will say the dough is only enough for a personal pan pizza so if you wanted to make a medium to large size you would have to buy 2-3 packages.

The owner is very pleasant, and the bread is delicious. It stays intact while eating. I highly recommend this bakery.

I recently discovered that the best item at Brian's restaurant are the rolls. The texture is perfect and the taste is amazing! It seems like these rolls are the standout dish on the menu.

I don't have any dietary restrictions, but I tried a Dairy-free and Gluten-free roll and I couldn't even tell the difference. It was delicious!
